LW Joining problem

SOMEONE HELP!!

I have DF1,LW,TFD,BHDand BHDTS

ok when the host pc is hosting the joining pc cant find the hosts game! we have a router & firewall the firewall is turned off and we are connected my game ver. is 1.00.42 for Lw

the same thing happens in TFD that game ver. is 1.00.09

but bhd and bhdts works just fine!

and df1 has the same Prob. but I can do with out it.

I have asked nova 5 times now and they will not reply!
we both have xp home updated to the fullest!

we had the same prob. on win 98 we e-mailed tech support and they said to install the ipx/spx protocol we did that and it worked fine but then we had parallel cable now we have cat 5 and it don't even work in 98 now

HELP!!
