well...i dont know how 2 do animation...but.

maybe rotate the fan a little bit each frame?

hrmm.. ive tryed everything in IMAGE READY, but i couldnt make anything rotate.. i will keep trying.. i need to find some tuts dont get ya hopes up mabe theres no tuts but i will look for ya.

WTF? lol i closed the web site & i open my email & SB responded to my post LMFAO.. thats quick,

free transform?

ive tryed that but that doesnt work i havent tryed image > rotate. i will try it thnx SB

ctrl + t, then you shoult be able to rotate when you put ur mouse on the outside of the corner. press shift while rotating for 45 degree / accurate rotations

ive tryed that.. but whenever i rotate it all the other frames rotate 2 if u understand what i am saying lol..

ah ok i see, hmm just copy > rotate
and have it on 2 or more layers (u only need 2 or 3 in 90 degrees to make it apear rotating)
