Stupid Question: Please assist

Going to be your Ultimate n00b questiong here, and Im ready for the abuse I'm about to get..it will be much deserved.

I have often read in post's about 32 player servers. Where are they, and how does one access them?

I only had the game for a few days now, it is awesome and I enjoy it. But so far I have only been able to find the handfull of server on the NL startup page's-and they only go up to 16 players

on the game list screen there is a novalogic symbol on the left, where the flags are. join one with the novalogic symbol

Click twice on the players link written in red and it will eventually sort the list by the servers with the most players in it.
