yea their link for update that the game come with is not working to good
up can manuly download the update then open it (next) look up DFBHD.exe it will ask you to look for it C:\windows\programs\novalogic\DFBHD-folder in it you find dfbhd.exe highlite it then click-on open it should start updating it. only for retail Version DF:BHD Retail Version update page
