friend has a prob

ok i have a friend who has a problem every time he logs in to a nova game not public he gets a system dump message and has to rejoin the game he is on cable and as far as i know dont host he was wanting to know if any one could help him out on this prob so he can get back into gameing any info will be a big help

I'm getting tons of sys dumps online and SP and also puter/game freezes between maps online.
I did updates reinstalled... did a virus check with pc cillin, reinstalled vid drivers. I can't figure it out... Only thing i can think of is a intermittant hardware failure. Maybe something is going bad but just hasn't failed completely. I defraged and even defrocked.... lol

You might check firewall settings and so forth. I found my problem to be bad sectors on my hard drive... changed hard drives, so I am back up and running good again..

he said he found the prob was in some down load files he uninstaled the game updated and it works fine thanks for the help guys
