some times the key-code is printed inside cover lapel, should see it when you open it look under the top cover.
my its printed inside the paper cover that can be pullout of the top of the Cd case. in my area the wal-mart store! they fire a lot of employee (10 or 12) who were stealing from the company and taken key-code out of software that was to be sold to people. low life employees selling them on pirate sites.
