Yeah thats the case of the capital. One 1/100 of an inch of snow and there's chaos. The rest of the country doesn't follow that logic, thankfully. Besides snow and ice training is mandatory when getting a license, this is of cource with all help systems like ABS, EPS etc turned off, friction tires on smoth ice in high speed
Buses here never slows down because of snow or ice, which is both a good and bad thing... They rarley are more then 6 minutes late though, if they are they have gotten stuck at a bus-stop
