No snow here and hardly ever is. I'm glad though. People become retarded when we get half an inch of snow. I'm talking like it becoming a driving nightmare where it takes buses 4-6 hours to get the kids from the school to their homes. Police officers not being able to direct traffic around accidents because other people are morons and don't know how to drive the speed limit when the road is wet and slippery. Yeah thats the case of the capital. One 1/100 of an inch of snow and there's chaos. The rest of the country doesn't follow that logic, thankfully. Besides snow and ice training is mandatory when getting a license, this is of cource with all help systems like ABS, EPS etc turned off, friction tires on smoth ice in high speed

Buses here never slows down because of snow or ice, which is both a good and bad thing... They rarley are more then 6 minutes late though, if they are they have gotten stuck at a bus-stop
