Managed to chrash a robot today
Yes, did manage to crash a $75 000 USD industrial robot today into a metalstand with a 200 pound payload. Wasn't my fault though, atleast I didn't find any fault in my code and not in any positions either. Thankfully it didn't crash into any of the three machines it was serving, that could of been expensive
 The robot did not sustain any visable damage thankfully  Took about 10 minutes to free it, was stuck. Last edited by SilentTrigger; 01-30-2009 at 02:10 PM.

Heandles raw material rings to ballbearings which are machined down and put on Euro pallets. Rings weigh between 50 - 260 pounds and the gripper on the robot weigh around 140 punds.
Or put in kg: 25 - 130 kg + 70 kg gripper
