i was reading about it and they said that you should be able to see it until September and the best time to see it is from the 26th (today in most places) till the 28th (Tuesday) so im gonna hopefully get a picture of it with my sister's camera lol

they said around 12:00am-12:30am is the best time to see it...

Lies! Subterfuge! Seedy corruption!...in others words, I saw bugger all. If there was something, I would have missed it, since we didn't knock off from work till 2am.

yea it could be and Mars can't be as big as the moon because i posted this on my squad site and someone gave a link on what Mars would look like at its closest ~ http://www.floridastars.org/moon_mars.html

and now that i think about it i am looking at a site and it is giving us August 26, 2003 is the closest that Mars has been and has pictures of what it looks like from the Earth ~ http://www.space.com/scienceastronom...rp_030826.html

Ah well, whats better is that we get a good view of a lunar eclipse tonight. Well, us Aussies do anyway. Seen one before, but its always good to see something nice more that once!

I did, i got one of the eclipse starting, and of it half way...but any shot taken while the moon was red didn't come out well. The moon itself is like a few pixels big, so the shots arent worth showing. If only i had a camera like Chief's
