I have forearm-bicep separation, making it nearly impossible for me to make any gains in forearm mass. Sucks2beme.

that sucks...but i don't really see to many people who look at forearms for muscles thats just me though. I could be wrong.

My forearms are pretty strong as well as thick, but they aren't wide. Which generally makes them look small from a straight angle. Forearm-bicep separation is basically a lack of connection where the bicep and forearm would normally meet. In other words, my forearm muscle isn't as long as a normal person's would be, so I can't build muscle where my forearm and bicep meet.
