That's not bad man..you're definately getting better. The border is pretty thick though..try not to go over 3 pixels. Work on the text a little and go easy on the filters and you'll be set.

Agreed.

BTW, did you turn on antialiasing as well for the text (as Spazz said)?

I'd say it's alright, different style is sometimes good.
