Video Card Game Profiles

My Nvidia Go 6800 Video Card does not come with a Game Profile for BHD or any Nova Game.I was wondering if someone knew of how to find the best possible settings for BHD in Game Profile Options like these.The other games were profiles that came with the card that are for the games listed the best possible settings.I need to make one for BHD/TS and JOTR and JOE so all i have to do is load the game profile and it will give me the best gameplay settings.




How the above profiles work you just select the game your playing and it gives you the best settings for that game.Well mine didnt come with Delta Force Black Hawk Down which sucks.So i need to make one but i need someone who knows what there doing.

Ok since BHD BHD-TS and Jo-e ect are big on hardware mabey your card cant read the game properly Maybe uninstall BHD BHD-TS And Jo-e ect and Remove You video driver and put the latest one in and see but if it keeps go in contact NVIDIA and Nova logic they might help also do a computer error cheek maybe it a error in one of your game or video files try that and see what happends and there you go ÐoÐ over and out. Also iv hap that problem with a new people ringing up why cant my card don't Recognize My game it just way of computers if i made a game i would make it so it can run on Cards like SiS and ram like 12mb and sound card like 2mb ect so it can run on almost every game well se ya.

Dude Thanx for Trying but you no where near my problem.Im not having any issues with it recognizing my game or the game recognizing my V Card.Im wanting a GAME PROFILE FOR BHD AND JOTR which are profiles that help you find the best settings for a game.

I have did all you said because i recently had a reformat.My graphics are fine.I just need a Game Profile which will give me the best for the game.These profiles are not with the game recognizing anything it has to due with you adding games not listed yourself and fooling with settings so you can create one.

Game Profiles are like things that you load before you go to play a game.Like say i wanted to go play Doom 3 all i have to do is load the Doom 3 Game Profile provided in the profiles list by Nividia and eureka i have the best possible settings.Some games they expect you to add yourself.The options for creating your own game profile are tough unless you know what your doing.

I dont think all video cards have this or atleast not sure all people are aware of what game profiles are.I did not know and i have been a gaming a long time.I had no clue the makers of your video card had profiles you can load for settings that they found were best for gameplay performance and so on.

Its like a Setting Profile you can load for a game through your Video Card besides the global settings.I usually play on global settings which just find a common used settings used for most games.

in the pass all were told to diable all the AA setting let the card handle the game. unchecked all AA settings

you have the newist drivers and software for your card a lot of time there be a newer update version to download from their site.

Well i rather do this Chief because the way your talking about is how i have been playing and everytime i wonder how someone is able to see 100 times better than me especially on sniper maps that have fog miles long but yet you see people out with a 300, even Barrets shooting like 1500 meters through fog you cant even really see with a 300 when you look though but there still killing you.I have my latest driver which is 84.26 by Alienwares invoices.There suppose to keep you up to date with the latest for your computer.Anyways i see people everywhere i go who can snipe out far over 1500 through i mean thick ass fog but yet like i said im not able to use a 50 and see that far.Theres people doing this who dont even have a better video card or computer than me.Somethings wrong with that, and i know these people i know dont cheat whose doing it.

A tv could be an solution but i know they all dont use tvs.

I mean vision is one thing but still vision doesent improve to much more for your scope in game.I dont have 20 x 20 but i have tried using my reading glasses and they dont help sniping so like i said weitd stuff.

Chief we need to chat on MSN when you get time and see if theres anyway in improving this matter.I mean theres got to be something i forgot to do on my video card thats preventing me from sniping.I mean when i look through fog sometimes i can see out far only certain times but it should be way better for gaming my video card should be.I know the graphics and appearance should be showing me great quality even through fog.

i look for (W300) pink face a lot of time a small pink fuzz out long range. i aim above to the left of the pink area. most 4 out of 5 shots i get a hit. (BHD-TS & JOTR)

but as for alien computer dell owns them now days. was on the news. Alain Computer are really dell system it may not say so! but they call the shots.

and no computer mfg don't update the system at all, they are prepackage deals all ready setup, they maybe in a warehouse for years on end. time a buyer buys a system and they get it in their hands there maybe 9 out of 10 newer updates for the system and hardware.

if you like to know some good tip we can talk about that, but no second guessing about it, if they got the best of you underhandedly OK

i no longer have any NVIDIA Video card, i do know what you mean by profile setting. i use to have a Geforce 4 440MX type card it was 256mb was sweet but i move onto Ati 1600 Pro card 512mb PCIe type now days, still trying to get it running right as will.

you may like to turn the gamma up in the game, may help to see better set it to 1.5 or 1.8

all i remember is i had to disable the AA setting in the NVIDIA control disable setting. but your card is something other.

BHD-Serials yes zoom scope enable
JOTR-Serials no zoom scope remove
DF: Xtreme no zoom scope at all.

Yea i know i was talking about anyone cheating because theres tons of people who are doing this and half the people im talking about i know would never cheat.

Anyways i looked last night and AA is On.

As for my computer im certain was not in a warehouse due to the fact they had to take weeks finding parts and stuff to build it when we ordered it.They gave me tons of late messages saying there will be a delay on your computer.

As for Dell taking over Alienware i was aware the day it was annouced.It was a big shock for me.I bought my computer long before Dell took over Alienware.When on the Tech Support line i was like how do yall like that Dell bought alienware due to im sure some of its employees stayed there at Alienware along with the new Dell guys.


This computer and card should be fine for ALLgames. It plays Doom 3,F.E.A.R,HALO,QUAKE 4,BF2142,and other games like that GREAT so i know my graphics should be fine for BHD especially.My Joint Ops Sniping and all other graphics for JOE and JOTR are great and for that case i shouldnt have a problem with BHD.

They told me when i bought this laptop along with the video card in it that it should play Any game made and should play it well, which they were right and like i said if it shows outstanding graphics on Doom 3 it should handle BHD fine.

I mean there must be a setting im missing and Gamma is one i have been messing with because someone told me about it a while back.I just didnt know the corrext setting.

I have tried messing with my brightness as well and contrast but it gets boring when you have to do it all the time before each map.

Anyways I will try the setting you said about the gamma and i will keep fooling with it.Good news is i set my resolution to 640 x 480 i think it was last night and i could see through the fog and seesome people better only problem was i couldnt a few people hitting me with the 300.


Really the only issue graphic wise in game im irritated by is the FOG.Once i figure out how my settings should be set to snipe in BHD i will be all good.FOG is whats cauing me issues and i have tried lowering the brightness as well so im still searching for the answer.The fog level on DFX and JOTR seem to be fine though.

As for the Geforce MX 440 SE is what i have in my old Windows Me Computer and it even itself seemed to work well sniping better than the one i got here, so that tells you theres something wrong lol.

will maybe there a member with the same setup as you can asker this better for your laptop.

Scott has a laptop maybe he knows more about the general setting for it.

think if you layer the setting in the game the fog be gone its only a id, other wise i don't have a asker for you.

keep in mind laptop are not a power house computer? they run on the low end of the scale when it come to power usage.

i never care to much for the laptop flat screen when coming to play games online with others hard to make out things

Oh, and I just found out I can enable AA on my GFX card for BHD. Up to 4x!
I knew this a while back when I tried to enable crowds on NFSU but hey! Hehe...

I have been Chris.It doesent help all the way.As low as it goes is 640 x 480 which helps some.I have only tested the 640 x 480 resolution for 1 day and 2 maps, so i need to test it some more to see if its lowering the fog some.I know like i said above i went in there last night and it seemed to have helped me see out far with the 300 a little farther due to i could see peoples black heads but not there bodys, so let me play a few more maps and then i will know if it is fixed.

On my laptop desktop i can do as low as like 340 x something.

Play in more servers and see if they can still snipe you at 800+ lol.

Maybe the server you played in seemed to be full of bloody BIG MONITOR users?

Nah i made my own game profile and still fooling around with it.Dude i can see at 800 fine.1000 is a 20 point shot and the beginning of 20 pts.I know yesterday it seemed as if its clearing up some since i got a 20 point with my m24 again.
