looks pretty good so far, posssibly a bit too much blue for me, but i like it overall

I dont like the scanlines.. or at least that strong of an opacity on them. Otherwise it looks good.

good point, maybe the scan lines under the interface.. at least just to see what it is like?

i like it, although I think the big spark in the middle is just a little bit too much. Also, make the (im guessing its electricity) on the left and right bars going from the top to the box more in a line and not poofy looking. That will give it a better look.
