i can't get my name to work!!

Hey all! I am Cupcake! I was an avid DFLW gal back in the day, and have recently had a bout of Nostalgia. Anyway, I set up my new PC with DFLW and was all ready to rock, when I noticed my old name "Cupcake" was replaced by the name "new060110011011".

How do I fix this?! Please help!

if its LW then u simply type the new one in the options dont u? been a long time since ive opened up LW.
