well i lift wieghts and i eat alot...i lost 4 pounds from lifting last week and i gained back 2 in 3 days lol...

u dont need none of those protein tabs or nuffin. just do the weight, eat loads of chicken and egg mayo sandwhiches, and ull bulk up. then do some "cv" work to shake off some body fat

treadmill and excercise bike work best. and if theres a punch bag around, av a go at that for 20 minutes if ya can... that does u loads of good!!
