Here is the number good one. http://www.upgradehighway.com/cleara...B-SATA-150.htm Hitachi 250GB Serial ATA Hard Drive 7200 / 8MB / SATA-150 Cost: $210.00 "not a sweet deal" cost a lot more! no thanks. Hitachi i don't care for their brand name anymore. some brand name's i found they sell their units to company's like Dell who in turn sell it to other under other names Computer MFG names, it funny my aunt her system came with all things to it, but the DVD-ROM/Cd writer is a Hitachi DVD-Player/Cd writer they sold this model to dell who in turn sold it to a 3rd party who instill the hardware in to a computer system, that is not a dell at all, but Hitachi will still have no then to do with its model united they build, reason dell is the only one will update it or upgrade it totally. thanks god their update software did work for the Cd-writer hardware. even if it not instill into a dell system it still update it anyways. got to be the weirdies thing i came across. i was checking to see if her cd-writer needed a new firmware up date from the MFG of it, it got pass on to others. (by the way her did get updated using dell update software) 2.) Here is the number good two. http://www.lacie.com/products/ they don't have what i looking for. sorry nice try. ![]()

that seagate with that $60 rebate is a great deal chief. I suggest to take that offer or you'll regret it later. Seagates are really nice drives in my experiance.. you may also want to look at www.newegg.com as they will probably have some big sales coming up soon..

From what I hear, seagates are one of, if not the best harddrives out.
One of my friends had a seagate drop from the top of a book shelf and hit the floor... worked perfectly. The same guy had a maxtor get ruined after falling only a couple inches. I think seagate is the only harddrive that has right on the front a lable that reads to the effect "Warrenty void if drive exceeds 350g's". Go for that seagate! |
