Color problem..

Hey guys, well I have this color issue and its pretty annoying. I dont know if its something that can be fixed either. No one that ive talked to really knows why this happens but i figured id give it a shot and see if anyone here knows about this. Well, the first thing that happens is when i use clouds they dont come out black and white like they should its more of a brownish ugly color.

The second thing that happens is when i save my sig the color doesnt come out the same as it looks in photoshop. I save it as jpeg with the quality at 100%.

My sig in photshop:

Sig after i save:

If anyone knows how i can fix this please help me out! Thanks...

the colour issue maybe the way you select the default colours...if you click on the forground colour and then select a white section on it the prog remembers its say deep yellow and adds a tint...then you get the clouds with a tint in them ..set the default colours (blaack/white) and do it that way...

your Colour Settings are not setup.
PS askes you about this the first time it is run after being installed, but you probably ignored it

it is possible that your monitor drivers (if installed) can cause this.

a reinstall of PS woudl fix it most likely

or you can play with it here:
Edit > Colour Settings

i'd say probably it is set to 'monitor'?

tbh i'm not 100% sure how to set this right because ive never had to do it / never bothered. FYI mine is set to "North american general purpose 2" if that helps

Steve my color settings are set to north american general purpose 2. Rider i did what u said to do and reset my factory settings, but its still screwed! So i guess im gonna try to reinstall, although its wierd b/c it did this when i had ps7 and i payed attention to the installation of cs2 to try to fix it but nothing really came up about it. I think it might have something to do with my gfx card since its not the one that came with my pc i dont know. Thanks for all the replies tho, i REALLY appreciate all the help.
