bad key from server

lo every 1. hows it goin good i hope..can any 1 tell me why this is happing 2 ppl who try and join the server im runing for bhd...when they try & join server there getting this error messages saying bad key from server..then they try it again then this message come up.unable 2 connect 2 your seleted novaworld game.then we try it the 3th time bad key from server.....this is the first time i come across this error message...the server program that i run to host is Black Hawk Down Server Manager..help well appreciated ty peace out..the.commander

i had them also sometimes, and for me the trick was to reload the game.

I know with DF2 in DFFavs you could get them also if you had servers in your list, just need to delete the entry and re-add the server.
