Looking for a Site builder

Well, after a long and extensive web search, i landed here. Loved what i read and seen. So, here i am requesting a website.

The sites for a WorldOfWarcraft guild that i play in, cause the site we have now is REALLY bland. The forums are the same blandness.

Couple of things that I would want.
Front page with login to post Messages and Pics on the page
Second page for old news.
PhBB skin to match it.

Optional:
splash page
Flash logo

Maby fortune will smile on me and it wont cost me an arm and a leg to get one done.

haha just looked at some of edges work, and i have to say wow..love that splash page with the tunes.

here is a question, are you guys up for a challange?

to be honest , i allready talked with Jeff and hes working on one as we speak, but damn..i liked what i seen of Edge's work too.

would you mind compeating for 50$? As long as Jeff dont have a prob with that. I did talk to him first and i never renig on a deal.
