well legal tests of EULAS and consumer rights are going to happen eventually, it will then be impossible to write one eula for a game, a version will need to be released in each country pursuant to their laws, for smaller markets like australia it could be bad as game makers may not onsider its worth to put out an Aussie Edition. Its something i think needs to happen though, it would sorta be fun to be part of the team that makes every eula on games in a certain country illegal. It could have reprocussions on all software...
