Where or how can I make a template like the one on novahq main page? I like the 3 column full page layout!

learn css and GFX and you don't need this but PHP i think that the site calls in the navbar from a different location...but i could be wrong about the php part just a guess

screw notpad, use a WYSIWYG program to make your pages (if its going to be in HTML)
