Gotta love a lazy no good website host, goes down all the time..Just a quck ?, when it comes to battling, not just here but in general, what are the exact rules..Like the image posted for this, can u hack, crop, slash the pic, and or resize to whatever a sig should be..?? Or leave as is and make it perrty...

either or
u can use it as you would make a normal sig (cut,paste,resize,etc.) or u can "manipulate" it, (add brushes,etc) whatever floats ur boat... but in some battles the starter of the battle will specify...
