nice animation man gj!

only improvement i reckon would be to maybe add a 1px black border round the outside?

2 things:

1:how do you do that smooth animation going along those lines?

i think he would of used a Grandient tool to make the effect & set it to inside the lines by pressing (Ctrl - G) then animate it in image ready

1:how do you do that smooth animation going along those lines? i tweened in between the animation frames

after you have you work ready to be animated (i.e. all the layers are where you want them and all) go to image ready in the animation pallet there is an option for tweening...a tween is when photoshop adds frames to make your animation flow smoother
