ok, well i posted once before that my friend was having issues with joint ops and wierd colors, like blinking red on index of joint ops, in game graphics probs, but what i am about to show you beats the living **** out of me, he says its spreading to other games. He has a good video card so thats not it, its a 5700 fx 256mb, same as me, and i got no issues.
My guess: monitor, connection between comp and graphics card, somethign else lol, what do you think?

uninstall drivers, uninstall display adapter, run in safe mode, use driver cleaner, boot up, install fresh drivers.
