ok ya all know i built a new pc , dont know if this has anything to do with it or not.
well i do some playing land warrior and DF2 over LAN ipx\spx and worked great on my older pc with a gigabyte lan driver but the new 1 i have is a NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller capable of 1gps over lan. i got it turned down like the last computer to 10Mbps i got it set up the exact same way i had my last computer but everytime i try to upload or download a file i keep getting red lights on my HUB and a light that says collision keeps poping up and the file loading halts and says network error happened.

the HUB i got is a 3Com Super stack II with 24port plugs.
it worked great on the last pc so i dont think it is the hub, it has got to have something to do with the new pc, i think.

Driver is up to date,no conflicts in the IRQ, st up the exact same way the last pc was set up but keep getting all kinds of problems.
