"You may have notice some errors over at DF-Barracks. We're having some server problems at the moment. And we're working real hard on getting it back on track asap. Forums are down for now too. So the SOTW contest will have some delay, depending on how long it will take for us to get back online with the server.

As it looks now we'll be back on track within the next couple of days. More info to come.

update: Forums now up again

that news was posted on NvA a day or two ago.. incase you havent checked DFBarracks.. the site is back up and in working order... until the host screws the site again.
