i maybe doing the same thing soon all so, seem my tech-support think i had a virus in my system and i need to redo the whole system.

this error socall is doing something off the wall not the normal thing you think a virus would do. anyways it weird i hate the ID redoing it all.

the tech says the WIndows Xp pro is not pirated, but a virus is making it act like it is, he tell me to redo windows and reformat the HHD. really thinking hold back and maybe go out and buy my own copy of WIndows Xp home version and redo the HHD totally clean.

he instill a lic Windows Xp Pro he pay over USD-2.000.00 for service a lot of big company's systems. i am a bet tick off about the whole deal. one hand Microsoft scan my system says it is a pirate software on the other hand the tech says it a lic not pirated? i been bug about it all pass two weeks about it all. so in next week or two i going to buy my own and drop him totally. its too fishy to think about. never heard a virus make a software into a pirated software error. so I'm really am bug about it all. paid him 700.00 for service my system and he seem tobe a good guy. but think he playing a con-game with me. it don't add-up at all.

i got a e-mail reply back from: Microsoft:
I have verified the PID of Windows you have provided and found that it has Volume License. Microsoft software with Volume Licenses are obtained from an organization or a company and the primary option for support is provided by the IT Team of that organization.

Tip for others:
if you hire a tech-support to service your system (on site support) and he/she instill a software. in my case windows Xp pro. go to the software mfg site and have it double check to see if it is the real thing. this way you playing it safe. i on the other i was con to think he was doing me good.
