would u more likely play in a tourney if there was prizes for the winners?

realistically what would u expect as a prize?

jus curious, feedback would be great.

I would just play for the fun if i win i win if i lose i lose as long as u have fun and do ur best its all good,but a prize would be nice like a sneak peek of DF4 or maybe some money lol

thanks for the info guys. i am actually working on this but u must understand that we cannot afford any worthwhile prizes unfortunately if anyone has any suggestions about which sites u think might be interested in sponsoring tournies or whatever please let us know any suggestions are welcome

you could have an entry fee. and the winner of the tourn can take the cash and split it or whatever

its a great idea that i already thought of. there is a few problems.

how do we get the money?

what if someone pays then pull out and want their money back?

how much would ppl pay? could be say £1 but then we would have to get loads of ppl to join up to make it worth it. we coudl charege £10 but there wouldnt be many sign ups.

i dont want to sound like im being an a$$**** but if we r to do something liek that then we need to think of every possible thing that can go wrong.

but ur right. cash is the best prize
