When I try to host a BHD coop game, the multiplayer game options does not include coop. Any suggestions?

LOL you should have posted in the BHD forum, But hey ill tell you anyway.

THERE IS NO COOP IN BHD..........

Only if you download a Mod for Coop that DevilClaw made, Im not sure of the URL but someone else may provide you with it.

You will find that Devilsclaw no longer supports the masteradd, but DFBHD.DK does.

or you can get the server manager here which also supports Coop.

well kinda, coop is great fun usually
but u can play coop on BHD, luckily Nova has some dedicated fans that do some nice stuff for us
