I added a new section to my site related to making terrains for LW and TFD (probably useful for DF2 and 1). I hope to gather a large collection of heightmaps that people are free to download and use for there own terrains - free to use, no catches or whatever. They can be used to practice making terrains or testing out colourmaps, or using in mods or whatever you want.

At the moment there is are the stock heightmaps from DFLW and TFD and some I have made. (I have some more to uplaod also). I think this could be a good resource for people who are palnning on starting making terrains, those who find it hard to make the heightmap, or of course the lazy peeps out there like me.

So if your an existing terrain maker who has some spare heightmaps that they don't want / don't need / finished with then you can send 'em to me and i'll stick em up on the page
