help !!!

i need some help for df2 if u can help me would be much appricated... well when i try to play i click on the server and the game just freezes everysingle time i do that... just freezes and wont do nothing but stay like that. i have tryed a lot of things like, uninstall and reinstall the game.. updated the game, used the no- cd- patch and nothing has wronged... plz help me if u know a any solution to this problem..
