Slow and laggy
Hey my pc is getting slower and laggier as i play my games my ping on online games were 50-80 now they are in the 150-300 range ne1 got ne advise on how to help

Check ur available memory. You can try clearing uneeded startup items and it you are crazy, open some ports.

Yes my pings are getting worse on servers and they just get skippy and stuff i have ran Virus scan Spy bot S&D and A/E Aware Personal and still havent found ne thing but like 3 or 4 spyware thingies.
