basic med 03/2007 Microsoft will have a new update release so have it enable to get it asap

basic they added in 4 more freaking weeks into the Day light saving time.

really wish they get their head out of their rear-end and end DST totally.

crap set the time 30min back or forward end it then. why on earth change the clock all the time.

you basic have four more weeks of the new set hours to deal with now and the date was change as will.

there is no scam it really going to happen, this was a notice for all to know about the new date for the DST.

I think you miss-read what he was saying... The word scam was associated with Y2K, he was equating the money that was going to be made from this change to what happened during y2k.

People are probably going to make money off of this... All the products that have the former DST time hard coded into them are now going to be off.

So unless they can have their firmware upgraded, either people will have to deal with resetting the time twice as much, or programers will have to be hired to update the coding (also applies to allot of the software out there)

take an vcr - You change the time March 11th. April comes around and the VCR's programing tells it to change the time forward again.. now your clock is an hour fast and you have to change it back.. Same thing will happen in fall.

I know that my mom' won't be able to deal with that, that will throw off all of her vcr programing for my Sister and brother's schooling (they take satellite courses from bob jones university, mom records the classes so they can watch them later).

To be honest, I am really looking forward to see what happens when this takes place
