Fps is slow try this to fix it:

1.) restart your system as it start up press (fast till it come up) "F1".

2.) now look over your BIOS system lookup "video cfg" setting now high lite (arrow-key down or up) it and hit enter.

3.) lookup see how much Ram it using if it 64mb selected a high setting (my i set it to Max 256mb) then hit enter.

4.) again press "Esc" take you to main manual now exit out.

5.) it will ask if you like to save the new setting "yes" high lite it (arrow key) hit enter.

6.) now it should reboot now try to play the game BHD/TS or JOTR your video lag should be gone now.

basic this boost up your video card ram to use in your system and game run, super better your eye's will pop-out look so great.

i had a tech look it up for me to help it make it run better. pass this info on to you all.

PS: if it don't work out for you..you always can reset it back as it was no error on this. do to you only changing the video setting in your BIOS setting.

Warning: don't do anything other then what, i posted above the BIOS is your main heart of your system so don't goof around with it. ok

But let me add, not all BIOS are the same, and some may have difficulty, if at all your computer wont start because you were playing with the BIOS (one wrong thing wont turn you computer on at all learned this TWICE) if that happens open up your case, near the bottom should be a round looking battery, that battery is your BIOS battery, if something should happen to mess up remove this batery for at least 15 min, then put it back in and your bios are reset

****CAUTION******
1) with an open case watch for static electricity, it can really mess up your comp
2) Unless you feal comfortable dont do it
3) Not all BIOS and MOBOs are the same
4) No sex in the champagne room

Nice find, BUT, if you have for example a 128 MB card and you set it at 256, it won't run faster than it can. You can make the RAM speed more faster by changing the RAM clock, but you can't make it run like there's 128 more MB of ram than it actually has. It just can't do it.

will it working like great no more lag fps and the image of the game is a lot cleaner and fresh look a bet real. woow i did not set the Video card setting i set the Bois setting for the Mother-broad, to let the card have it way with the ram it has to use for it. as for what your saying there totally lost on it, wish you can say the step so i can follow you to under stand were you coming from.

will what ever its running 1000% better then it did before by boosting up the BIOS for the video to use 256mb and it running at better i happy.

my GForce 4 card has 128mb DDR for it but it lag when i had a tech over he told me he'll set the BIOS/video to use more ram it should help a lot for you and it did.

If you have a 128mb card and the motherboard is set at 64 and you set it to 128, then that will be a lot better, but setting it at 256 won't overclock it at all.

f1 dosent do anything for me .. i have to press del to get into my bios and i dont see anything about a vidiocfg in there

it can also be called "AGP Aparture size" if u cant find video config

i'm sure when u get into the bios it's the 3rd menu down

also - only ever set it to half the amount of memory you have !

if u have 128mb - set it to 64mb - if u have 256mb set it to 128mb - and if u have 512mb or more set ti to 256mb

if u have 256mb and u set it to 256mb then ur card will use all the memory in ur system and all the other background program willl stop included ur connection

Please note that the AGP aperture is merely address space, not actual physical memory in use. Although it is very common to hear people recommending that the AGP aperture size should be half the size of system memory, that is wrong!

Nope wont help me bios wont open using F1 on mine tried......... I Testes my JOTR Game Online it plays ok but still pretty laggy and i get a high ping too and high ping is so nbig i cant move right any direction reallly.I could of swore i saw someone who posted a patch here or somewhere i mtrying to think of a patch to fix fps or frame rate.

i finally desided to upgrade

i now have over double the frame rate 45 - 55 avg

i had a fx 5600 256mb - i upgraded to a radeon 9800 pro
