You know the Themes like NovaHQ has many you can choose from of how the site looks by graphics whats the best program to make those themes and templates with!!!

Does anyone know if Adobes Free Version allows you to save the stuff you make!!!??????

yeah u can save. iirc its full version just has a time limit

You can always get photoshop elements which is a bit cheaper. It is like a lite version. I am not sure how limited it is. Usually retails for $99.99 but I bet you can find it cheaper online.
