Squad's input needed

Hey everyone was just wanting to get some input from some of the squads out there. I was wondering if any of you would be intersted in a php squad portal system? It would include some good features, but not a full blown system like phpnuke and such. This would be based around squads only. Some features would include the following...

- Roster page: Include certain info about your members such as rank, position, and how to contact them, and a profile
- Record page: Include all recent game's played with win, lose, team played against, there url, and date
- Challenge page: Basicly just a form that would send an email to the squad admin when someone wants to challenge them
- Rules page: Displays all the rules that your squad has
- Sig page: Will allow your members to upload there sig and be displayed
- Forum: Just what it says.. Nothing to fancy though. Im still learning sessions and user management... lol

Any additions deletions would be great. All features can be updated through an admin cpanel that the leader has access to with username and pass

Oh and this is going to be php/mysql if I didn't mention it
