Hi there,
is it possible to talk to other teammates via a mic during multiplayer gaming?

Sure, if you don't mind to download a program. I use Roger Wilco, and there's another good one called BattleCom. You can get the free version of Roger Wilco here http://download.com.com/3000-2121-10024393.html . Your friends you want to talk to will have to get it, and you'll have to be on the same channel, but it's not complicated, and it's a small download.
