JvU. If you want forum, shoutbox and banner you can get template stuff like that just about anywhere. What you really need is a place to put the site.

370 Euros is waaaaay over the odds just for a design that basic.

Try and find a server host that offers Joomla.

there are hosts like buck-host.com that are like $30 a year and you can host phpnuke sites there, you just need to know someone that can make you a logo. There are tons of free templates out there

but i still need to know the php codes or phpnuke. But where can i get a php program or phpnuke? Couldnt be so hard to learn.

PHP is so easy to install.

Especially with my host because they have CPANELX and Fantastico, you click a button and it installs itsself, then you just have to learn how to change stuff through your browser. Which is just like a forum...

nope.

There are other Content Managment systems out there that may be easier to use... for example Scott already has one in phphq.net that is designed for squads. It is really easy to use.

Yeah, you might be able to find a good free host but sometimes it is just worth paying for your hosting.

I learned a lot of PHP from Scott's Simple Squad Site.
