Template fix?

Hey guys, just been finishing off my 2nd template, but I've been getting problems.

Before I say anything, please view the template first in IE (I made the template on IE6 - dunno about 7).

In IE, it looks totally fine, but I'm trying to get the centre section's bottom border aligned with the left and right section's border.

In FF, I do not know what's going on. It looks pure ugly.

If anyone can come up with a few fixes or reasons why this is happening (both the unaligned centre area and the big probs in FF), that'd be awesome.

The solid border thing works great in IE but in FF it only shows like a quarter or it... :/
