Can't play online, keep getting kicked

Why do I keep getting kicked out of servers? Is this a kind of auto n00b kick thing? I haven't had this game for long but I simply can't play the damn thing online because EVERY server I join kicks me out after about 20 seconds.
And before you ask, yes I have set up my multiplayer name, it's not the default.

Just installed a coupla days ago, freshly updated the game last night. No mods, no skins.
I have DSL Broadband

for crying out loud! Why can't anyone answer? Surly this happens to other people!! Why do I always get kicked out of servers seconds after joining?

I'm on the verge of giving up, in fact worse, I'm on the verge of snapping the CD and throwing it out the window. Why the hell is it kicking me out of every f**king server? I have no custom skins, I have no mods, my game is a fresh install with the latest patch, nothing else. And yet I get kicked from every server I join. It never gives a reason. What the hell do I have to do? Kill someone in the opening seconds to stay in the server? just say "hello" or something? If it is an anti-n00b thing that every server is running then how the hell is any new player gonna get anywhere?!?

To hell with this, I'm going back to Call of Duty.

all so i hope you did not use the No-Cd patch it will ban you for good in 5-20sec your banned automatic.
