need help locating a ISP service info

i am trying to locate a ISP service name seem some one try to hack into my system.

from: IP# 64.24.217.214

i coming up blank? using whois
can some one out there get this info for me.

like to report them to their ISP service abuse@-------

i am using sygate firewall it came with SystemSuite 5 package included with sygate firewall 2004.

i re-instill Sygate Personal Firewall pro 5.5 2003 at lease it work better maybe out dated but most part it work 100% i can do trace better. i re-instill it after the stander one could not find it.
