My last sniping experience I used the .50 & .300 think it was Foxholes map. LONG 900+ meter shots, had a 918 meter kill on the run with the .300 and a 999 meter anti-sniper shot with the .50 Both scored me 20 points apiece. Guess I'll have to give the other ones a try.........:sniper:

Everyone has different ways of playing and there are by far many different ways of sniping. All these guns have thier advantages as well as their disadvantages but if you take any one of these rifles and use it long enough ( long enough being for about a month) you will master it. You will learn its good traits as well as bad. Im a pretty decent sniper i have around 2000 nova kills with a 70% accuracy. I feel that if you are gonna snipe you should choose a gun that fits you and how you like to play. I like to stay within ranges of 400 to 900 meters and i dont plan on being seen or heard. I use the m24 and i can damn near hit anything moving or not. At times i do use the .300 if i want to hit them 20 ptrs at 900m out but i dont really feel the need. I dont ever use the .50 because of the distance you have to run out to muffle the sound of it and by the time your out there you'd wish you would have brought the .300 instead. I feel the m21 is a pretty good close range sniper rifle for distances less than 300m. Its ROF (rate of fire) has saved me many a time from those spawn raping gunners, but when i do use this rifle i tend to start using more rounds than need be. I try to keep it down to 1 shot 1 kill but at times things like lag and my stupidity get the better of me. Anyways theres my opinion on sniping sry for the long ass post. Imma try and get team sabre soon and try out that psg.

wouldn't ya say it depends on what your target is?
i mean, u got five technicals comin on you, so use the Barret: 1 or 2 shots and its gone
long range, hab gadir milita, .300 Tactical
close, in the city, M21
medium range, hab gadir milita, maybe M24

that's what it seems like 2 me

and if u guys have to face the little warlord dudes in the white & blu striped shirts, use the Barret, cause it takes 3-4 shots from a regular rifle 2 kill em. tough little buggers, they are..

Okay smart people. The barrett 50 light doesn't fire a slower round. It's a freaking .50 caliber round...that means it's heavy...so you have to have a higher elevation than you would for a 7.62 round. The round is traveling just as fast, if not faster than, any other round, it's just heavier so it drops at a faster rate of speed. Learn something new every day huh kids.

800-1000m i use .300 tactical great long range out, up close i use M24. don't use the 50cal to much loud as heck, and the PSG-1 is even louder then the 50cal rifle is.

this is it wthout scope, this is the home made version of the m24 i use the real specs minus the rem700 action i use a k98 action and the stock is a balistic nylon instead of fiberglass, the barrel is made from 4140 cromemoly that is 24in long and at the muzel it tapers to 78in diameter calabre is 7.62x51 or .308 got the barel freefloated to the thickness of a playingcard and when chambered reamed it till the go gauge would almost go and laped it the rest of the way for a super percision headspace cant find any m118 ball ammo so im useing remington express match 168g hpbt cant find a M3-A scope so im gona use a BEC 4-16x goldlable with target turets and built in ranger got the bolt and extractor modified so instead of 5rnd it will cary 6rnds

Car15 over all your sniper rifles! BHD is an urban game, you should only be fighting close up. M21 is the only sniper rifle that should be in the game. M24 and .300 are too slow, and too accurate. 50 cal is just a loud pos gun. Snipers are just stat padders anyways Running out to the hills, getting 2 kills, screaming, "Yay, I didn't die!"
