Need Help

When i right click to save an image for cutting it`s saving as a bmp. file.I dont recall changing any options and i know fine some of the stuff is jpeg.I`m using Explorer and cant find the option to get this fixed...any ideas guys?

To totally refresh a page so it dosent look in the cache use ctrl+f5 can be useful.
