They are Public Folders, anyone can access tham. Something to bookmark for the future (hint hint)

you can only access if they have public FTP turned on, its off by default, if you want to know whats on a page the best way would be to spider it, i will find you out a program that you can run from windows to spider it

just make sure you set it not to follow external links or you will end up trying to spider the whole net, (think its off by default)

Nah, I don't mess with online stuff...if people leave it open, by all means, but as a general rule (with some exceptions), I leave protected stuff alone. I can cover tracks well enough without my ip being all over the logs
