will it could be done if there was 3 of them and the center one goes up to let the boats pass under it, in the old days and to day there is a bridge in Maimi Fla USA on a small waterway that has a bridge like that, side by side its 200ft wide and 80ft deep, and has cables to left up the center part of it. goes right up about 100ft then after a time the men would lower it back down, you don't see many like that now days, most bridge each side left up to open the center up for really big ships to go under (Thru-between the 2 parts) them.
