DFLW Name Editor

Ok, here is the problem, I have Win XP and the name editor wont let me edit my name on DLFW. I have the fonts installed into windows and when I press the "CHARS" button on the name editor, nothing happens. Is the name editor even compatible with XP???

try running it in win 98 compatability mode. maybe it will work then m8

Press the 'Save' Button bro

Ok, I press save to save my new name, but, where do i get hte characters from ? I have the characters in windows, but, when I press chars the window is supposed to pop up and I choose the characters right? well, nothing comes up.
