Problem with map

hey there i have a server running and added some homemade maps but i have a problem with one of the maps everytime people joins it the get kicked out after 30 seconds and its the only map which does that and i know that you are experts in here so i hope one of you know what the problem is and can help me cause i would love to have that map running on my server

will it could be many reason for it for that map

a map maker may have use mod to add-in items to the custom map and players don't have that mod in their game would be kick-out

link to the map may help to understand what is going on

some times a map maker may have lapel it as a DFBHD and it could be made for DFX mismatch game! the map was made for it do happen.
