You need any free host and you can either do it by FTP* or through their online uploader

*If the host supports it.

i tried all the ones at google and they wont upload it and i didnt try the ones that PJ gave me.

I wasn't readily able to see if the others support it.

In the list of features it should say "Frontpage extensions", or "supports frontpage 2002" or some thing along those lines.
