Black spot giving away position

Ive been playing DFLW fo a while now and got a prob about these black spots that some can see when your 400+m out in the boonies. the way i founf out about them was some one told me after i asked them how they could see me when i was inside or behind something. they said just look at the black spot itll tell you where some1 is. is that a glitch or crappy vidcard fault or something? and is there a patch or some other kindof fix for it? i mean its a fun game but its verry irratating when you cant sneak around cause some1 can see a spot when you are behind something or inside a building or behind a hill.

could some1 please make a patch or something in the next update to fix it i would be very thankfull.

It's the graphics engine nl used to make the game.. The dots can be seen on peoples computers using very low display settings anywhere from 200m and beyond. There is no patch and nl haven't made a patch for lw in a few years...

Only thing u can do is when ur running round hills, go behind them and stay away from the top (the top of some hills go "transparent" and u can still the the black dot through it.

Same thing happens in TFD

DF: LW & DF: TFD both have these blacking spot been that way for a long time, only after DF:BHD it was remove.

i to hate dead give away it more fun to look for a sniper them have the software glitch give them away their position to others.

in DF: 1/2 & BHD/TS and JOTR_Retail don't have these so call black spots give away of other position.

i have it set to 1024x768 i still see them black spots as for them snipers mostly think it hurt thier sale and most did not play these charters much do to they was too easy to be found.

there is one like this in DF:BHD and Team Sabre mostly has to do with the sniper when they scope in out 900+ meters out they start to see pink faces it a bet hard to see but you get use to it you start to get headshot mostly thats do to what you see.

yea in the scope you can see pink faces more then the rest of the body of the target your aiming at. think at 800m you see the whole body only going past 850-999m you see pink faces of targets.

i have made kills at 1005m one did it one time mostly 900-999m sniping. i snipe more then close combat fighting do to 56k i get to close i really lag like crazy.

faces are about the size of a pencil eraser or size maybe 1/4inch insize. with the fog and trying to see them faces is not easy to do.
