Babstats for DFX

After along wait, ALOT of hours and a hell of alot of work. Babstats.com gives you stats for DF:Xtreme. We thank the majority of the community for there patience. some of the new features compared to other versions are as follows:

- detailed Vehicle stats
- detailed weapon stats
- Map Hiscores
- DOUBLEKILLS recorded
- detailed player ratings for vehicles and weapons
(e.g. accuracy rating, kill rating, driver rating, ect)
- plus more.....

I was wondering, who is behind "babstats" and the cost of running it's operation either through time or it's website. Through the years it's been the leading stats recorder for DF. Like anything else, it takes time to come up with a program that works. Babstats generally gets better with the detail when each new DF version comes out...So I was just wondering who was behind "babstats"...

Original script and uploader for bhd/lw/tfd/ df2? (does babstats work with the older versions of DF?) was written by Baboon (Don't have his real name handy).

TDO Azrael did the major update that gave us neos.chronos and dfx.

SilentKiller wrote the dfx uploader.

Babstats was originally created by Baboon who is regrettably not with the df community anymore, as far as i'm aware...............he's on military duty.
For the last couple of years, Babstats has been kept alive and a dedicated site created for it by Rock from www.25thlid.net , i have been a staff member for quite some time and now own the domain and run the site and do the work on existing scripts and will do the work on future releases.

as icishoot said, i brought you Neos.Chronos and the scripts for DFX stats.

The cost of the site comes from my own pocket and since babstats was intended to be free by Baboon, it will stay that way. I am more or less just carrying on his legacy.

Huge thanks go out to all the staff at babstats.com, without any of them............it probaly would have died along time ago and they continue to give up there free time to provide support.

and a special thanks to SilentKiller, who created the uploader of DFX and will create the uploaders of future releases, without him, new releases wouldn't be possible.

Thanks for the replies in regards to my question. Babstats is part of DF in general...Seems like with each version, someone in the DF community contributes to it...Nice job all the way around and a huge thanks for providing it...

Although, I play for fun of it, I love to read the stats and it's detail...
